Feedback on the emerging ambitions

1/2

Let's create shared ambitions for the area

Last year we asked you to tell us about your experiences of living and working in the area to help create a plan for the neighbourhoods, bring benefit for the local community and additional investment to the area.

We have compiled ambitions based on what changes people would like to see with the aim of creating a vision for the area.

The vision will reflect Sovereign Hill Partnership’s and the communities’ collective aspirations, values, and priorities, aiming to create a great place for everyone now and in the future.

Our four emerging ambitions are:

  • Renewed homes & streets where people feel safe- responding to challenges around ageing homes, safety and accessibility
  • A prosperous local community and economy- responding to challenges around financial vulnerability and struggling local shops
  • A resilient, sustainable and healthy neighbourhood - responding to challenges of the climate crisis, health and wellbeing
  • A proud and empowered community - responding to challenges around the loss of community spaces and feelings of a lack of voice

Tell us your thoughts on these ambitions by answering a few questions.
